MT Invention Convention

Shark Tank Meets Science Fair.

Students are asked to identify a unique problem in their world, build a solution to that problem, chronicle their journey to a successful solution, and present their invention to their peers and judges.

This invention education curriculum has been fine-tuned over 30 years and now helps over 160,000 K-12 students per year solve world problems through invention.

Top students have a chance to compete at a virtual multi-state competition, with the winners advancing to the Invention Convention US Nationals (ICUSN) 2024 in-person event at The Henry Ford. Students from all over the country gather to showcase their inventions at ICUSN.

A new bird feeder design, a creative puzzle, a more comfortable dog collar, an eco-friendly fuel source, a stronger material made from plants, a brighter bike light, a lighter skateboard, a new test for cancer, a mental health app, an easier to use light switch, an automatic pet door opener, a new burglar alarm design... and everything in between.
